Hello, Josh and Andres here with our hound pup who is crate trained and stays in her room. Pets are negotiable. We both work at MUSC.
Move in Dec 1 or January 1 or whenever may be best for you (negotiable). We live in a 3 bed, 2 bath condo and one... of the bedrooms is available to share a bathroom with our roommate. Flexible for move in date and leasing options.
We are about 10 minutes from Folly beach and about 10 minutes from MUSC/downtown Charleston.
In the unit, we have a brand new fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer. The shared bathroom has a brand new toilet purchased in September 2024. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and water are included.
There is a fitness center and pool onsite.
The house and room are furnished.
The bedroom can be for a queen bed or a single bed whichever you prefer unless you want to bring your own bedroom furniture.
