1Bd Luxury Highrise at The Jasper, Parking, Restaurants, Gym, Security -- Walk to MUSC

Luxury waterfront living at The Jasper, located on Broad St. overlooking Downtown, the Ravenal Bridge, Colonial Lake and Moultrie Playground from your balcony. Walking distance to MUSC, King Street, and the best of living on the peninsula. The... apartment is a beautifully furnished one bed, one bath. All furnishings are less than three years old and include 2 TVs, one with soundbar, that require streaming device (like Amazon Fire). A fully furnished kitchen. Property offers full health club, Jasper Club room, and 24-hour security. The neighborhood is walkable, safe and filled with history. Visit Jasper Charleston website for additional information.

Note -- interior photos show current apt. On 5/10 I'm moving to the larger apartment with the balcony. See photo showing Colonial Lake/downtown for new view.

Successful applicant must pass The Jasper security check and pay The Jasper application fee. I'll refund 50% of application fee for successful applicant. The Jasper has a very long waiting list of applicants so this is your opportunity to literally get your feet in the door. Two previous sublet tenants of mine were able to secure their own apartment at end of sublet. Lease has a minimum 6 month requirement.

Apartment owner is a seasonal resident who returns north with plans to return to Charleston for the winter. Lease start and end dates are somewhat flexible.
