The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a pre-civil war mansion and right next door to MUSC's Campus. The apartment is very clean and in great shape. It is located on the 3rd floor and has great light and large windows. The location can't be beat for... an MUSC Student or employee. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was remodeled when I first bought the unit and there is room for a dinette table in the kitchen. The building is quiet and has some owners that live in the building. It is also safe and secure. The unit has 3 bedrooms with one of the bedrooms having a loft bed.
