Flooded with natural light from the four large windows and four vintage stained-glass windows. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker electric cook top and convection toaster oven, along with all necessary dishware, cutlery, and linens. High speed Wi-Fi included.
Tenants have access to a complimentary washer/dryer on a scheduled basis, and the rent covers bi-monthly housekeeping (single cleaning for a 30 day lease) and garden maintenance. One off-street parking spot is included. Set behind a verdant garden for extra privacy, the area includes a well-kept lawn and established greenery.
