Concord Condos

This is a spacious 2 bed 1 bath unit (with 1 bed for rent) - minutes away from Avondale. Additionally, Concord is 7 minutes away from downtown and MUSC. It is also very close to the beach! The living room, dining room, and kitchen come fully... furnished. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer. The room I am leasing will come with a desk, but the tenant is responsible for furnishing the room. Concord comes with a pool, tennis court, and car wash. The tenant will be responsible for paying utilities (electricity) and internet on top of rent, which will usually average to roughly $50 a month. I will be the other tenant in the 2 bed/1 bath condo.
