MUSC grad students, interns, 4 blocks from MUSC, fully furnished, utilities included

This house is 4 blocks from MUSC and near all of the restaurants and attractions on Upper King Street. The house is closer to the MUSC hospital than the MUSC employee parking lot is. I have THREE rooms coming available, two on May 1st, 2025, one on... June 15th. Downstairs, the the middle bedroom in the first floor unit, which is all male, will become available June 15. Upstairs, I have two rooms opening in the second floor unit, which is all female, which will become available May 1st. The front bedroom has a private bath, and is a little more ($1100). The middle room upstairs shares a larger bath with the back bedroom. (As tenants rotate out, and others remain, you can move "up" to the bigger room/private bath as they become open.) All floors are hardwood, except the bathrooms and kitchen, which are ceramic tile. Ceiling fans in every room, new Bosch dishwashers, refrigerator, washer and dryer less than 3 years old, and kitchen recently renovated with new cabinets, counters and stainless steel sink. Nice front and back porches. Looking for graduate students or young professionals of the same ilk. Everything is fully furnished, down to linens and towels, all kitchen equipment, and all utilities are included, excepting wifi, which the three tenants split. RATE IS FOR THE OPEN BEDROOMS ONLY, EACH, NOT THE WHOLE APARTMENT. If you are interested, please respond with your age, gender and what you will be doing in Charleston and we will write you back and answer all your questions. We live just a few blocks away in Wagener Terrace, and we are diligent and attentive landlords, properties are under service contracts for HVAC, plumbing, etc. Thanks!
