I have a room for rent in a shared townhome with myself - I'm a 30 year old pediatric PACU RN (scheduled dayshift/weekdays x3 12's). I have a dog and a cat - both are very friendly. I... have a semi-social lifestyle, but I rarely "go out". I'm usually hanging on the couch in the evenings or at family and friends houses. I'm in/out of the house throughout the day running errands or taking my dog out to exercise.
Shared bathroom (I know this will not be for everyone), but there is an additional half bath downstairs. Entire place is already furnished - room for rent has a comfortable queen sized bed and a fairly large closet with lots of hangers. Blackout window treatments, ceiling fan, and a sound machine.
I have extra linens, and there will be room in bathroom cabinet/medicine cabinet/shower for your things. I have a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven, and pretty much every kitchen item you would ever need. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
I am open to well behaved pets on a CASE BY CASE basis. I have a springer spaniel puppy who is crated when I am not home and a 12 yo well behaved social cat. I have a medium/large doggy door to the secure fenced in fully artificial turfed yard.
