Private room/bathroom to rent in new Point Hope community very close to Daniel Island and highway 526. I live by myself with my two dogs, work in real estate, and live mostly in the downstairs area where the master bedroom, family room, kitchen, etc.... are located. Upstairs I have 2 furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a loft area with couch, TV and desk work area.
I am easy going and there is alot of privacy in the upstairs area, although my dogs would also greet you!. In the past I have gotten $1,000 per room/bathroom, utilities included. Please let me know if you have an interest in exploring my opportunity for housing further.
