I'm renting a room and private bathroom for 1 person and possibly a dog (depending on if our dogs are compatible). My house is a quiet, cozy, safe place to find refuge outside of our busy work lives. It is my hope that it offers a tenant the... opportunity to call home for a peaceful and restorative experience. I have a fenced in backyard and two big parks nearby along with two walking/bike paths. The location is excellent being 3 miles from all the major hospitals as well as being walkable to the Triangle area of West Ashley (restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops). Located across the street from Whole Foods and Starbucks it's very convenient and we have accessibility to 526 (highway) as well as being a 5 minute drive to downtown Charleston or a 20 minute drive to any of the 3 beaches. The house itself is spacious with a large kitchen and living room area. The bedroom is quiet and the two windows have blinds for full sun or darkening for sleep. Closet, full length mirror, bedside table with drawers. Private bathroom with shower. Laundry service bimonthly for linens and towels and anything else you need laundered.
