Hi, I'm Catie! I'm a second-year OTD student looking to sublease my fully furnished room in my apartment from early May 2025 - mid/end August 2025. Kitchen, living space, and balcony (with a bike!) will also be move-in ready! My roommate and I will... be leaving Charleston for our 3 month fieldwork rotations, so we are looking to fill our 2 bed/2 bath Spyglass Seaside apartment with either one person or two. We absolutely love living here because it is a sweet community with great amenities, a quick drive to MUSC, and 5-10 minutes to Folly Beach.
