It's less than one block away from Colonial lake and Broad St, on an incredibly quiet street. You will be minutes away from anything by vehicle, and can also walk to Alcove Market, Burbage's Grocery, and Queen Street grocery - among countless other restaurants on King St or Broad St - in just minutes.
We are looking for a longer-term renter (6-12 months), but would consider shorter terms depending on the renter and price-point. The minimum stay we require is 1 month.

There is ample street parking directly in front of the house on Trapman, as well as countless spots available on Trumbo st (with easy access into the home through the courtyard). As the owners of this townhome, we have never had an issue parking.
