Spacious Apartment Over Garage in Quiet Residential Neighborhood

My upstairs apartment is a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom suite in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood. There are two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. The kitchenette is fully equipped to prepare meals at home. Amenities include cableTV and... wireless internet. Tenents are asked to rinse the sand off with the outdoor shower before coming in from the beach to protect the hardwood floors.The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. Tenents will be able to share my washer and dryer with me. There are 16 stairs to the walkup so tenents must be able to negotiate stairs easily. Access will be with a keypad lock and a code will be provided prior to arrival. I live downstairs and have a separate entrance. I have a sweet standard poodle who has access to the fenced yard.

Old Mt. Pleasant is charming and is considered one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Charleston area. The beach, Fort Moultrie, and Patriot's Point are only 3 miles away. There are parks and scenic views in walking distance. Shem Creek restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations shopping centers, and small boutiques are close. Historic downtown Charleston is just across the bridge, only 4 miles away.
My rental is advertised on Airbnb as Old Village Walkup and you will find reviews there. I'm transitioning to mid-term or long term rental.
