Townhouse close to campus

Hi! I am looking for two roommates to share my 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse with. It is downtown very close to MUSC and two blocks from King st. The house is up to date, furnished besides the bedrooms, and has street parking. Rent is $1500 plus... utilities. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The lease is from Aug 1 2025- July 31 2026, with the potential of one room being available sooner.
